I have the honor to inform you - that on receiving from you a Certified Copy. of a Dispatch from the Hight Honkr Ford Grey Secretary of State for the Coolenies
8.406 to His Excellency. The Governor N. 106 dated 4. August 1867 stating that The Department of General Fest Office hadt informed him that there are no claims upon the Estate of Mr Scales late Pest Master of Honghong, I petitioned the Court for leave to release the sum - deposited in The Colonial Treasury to

such claim should it be
any substantiated and for its sanction to my
